Melinda McLaughlin, SVP/Chief Marketing Officer

Melinda joined Tremor Video in January 2011 to spearhead the company’s marketing and brand identity. Prior to this, she spent more than a decade at A&E holding executive posts in sales, marketing, and consumer research. As SVP of corporate marketing and sales strategy, she led AETN through a merger with Lifetime Networks, defining the new company positioning, brand, and identity. Before that, she worked on the media agency side of the ad business at the former D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles (now Starcom MediaVest Group) and then Jordan McGrath Case & Partners (now Arnold MPG). During her agency career, Melinda managed the strategy and media investment for top national marketers, including Procter & Gamble, Kraft, GlaxoSmithKline, Norelco, and Novartis. Melinda and her team from AETN were the first-ever recipient of the Thomas F. Leahy Award for Outstanding Media Innovation & Creativity. She has also been awarded two silver Effies and is a two-time nominee for the American Advertising Foundation Hall of Achievement.

Melinda holds a B.S. In TV, Radio, and Film Management from Syracuse University.
